At Nutree Clinic, we believe wellness care should be personal, responsible, and grounded in clinical expertise. From weight management to metabolic health, our programs are designed to support long-term vitality through evidence-based care delivered by licensed clinicians.
From time to time, Nutree Clinic may organize promotional events to introduce our services to the community we serve in Florida. These Official Rules govern participation in the Nutree Clinic Wellness Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”).
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to comply with these Official Rules and all decisions made by Nutree Clinic, LLC, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
The Promotion is open only to individuals who:
Entrants must be able to provide valid identification confirming age and Florida residency.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Nutree Clinic may be excluded from participation.
Nutree Clinic currently provides telehealth and wellness services only to individuals physically located in the State of Florida at the time of service.
All medical care is provided by clinicians licensed to practice in Florida and in accordance with applicable state regulations.
Participation in this Promotion does not guarantee eligibility for medical services or medications, which remain subject to clinical review and medical judgment.
Participants may enter the Promotion using one (1) of the following methods.

Steps 1, 2, and 3 must be completed for the entry to be valid. Step 4 provides one additional bonus entry.

Each eligible email submission counts as one entry.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
Entries may be verified using identifying information including:
Attempting to enter multiple times using different identities, email addresses, phone numbers, or Instagram accounts may result in disqualification at Nutree Clinic’s sole discretion.
The use of bots, automated scripts, or third-party entry services is strictly prohibited.
The Promotion includes a maximum of four (4) prizes, each with a promotional value of up to $250, for a maximum total promotional value of $1,000.
The number of prizes awarded depends on the total number of eligible entries received:

Each winner receives a Nutree Wellness Credit with a promotional value of up to $250.

The credit may be applied to one of the following programs:

These values are promotional values specific to the sweepstakes and may not reflect standard retail pricing outside the Promotion.
If the selected program costs less than $250, the remaining balance may be used toward any Nutree Clinic service within sixty (60) days following the consultation.
Example:
If a winner prefers not to select one of the listed promotional programs, they may elect to receive a $150 credit toward any Nutree Clinic service.
All services and medications are subject to clinician approval and medical eligibility.
Winners must:
If a winner is not medically eligible, the prize may be transferred to another eligible individual.
The consultation must be scheduled within 30 days of winner notification.
Any remaining promotional credit must be used within 60 days following the consultation.
Failure to schedule within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Selected winners will be contacted by phone using the number provided during entry.
If a selected winner:
the prize will be considered forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Before awarding any prize, Nutree Clinic may require the selected winner to provide a valid government-issued Florida ID.
The identification must match the name used for entry.
If the identification does not match the submitted entry information, the participant may be disqualified.
By accepting a prize, winners agree that Nutree Clinic may publicly announce and tag the winners on its social media platforms.
If a selected winner refuses to allow public identification or tagging, the prize will be forfeited.
By entering the Promotion, participants agree that Nutree Clinic may contact them via:

Participants may opt out at any time.
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By participating, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility related to this Promotion.
By entering the Promotion, participants release Nutree Clinic and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or use of any prize.
Medical services remain subject to professional clinical judgment and applicable healthcare regulations.
Nutree Clinic reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances compromise the integrity of the Promotion.
All decisions made by Nutree Clinic regarding the Promotion are final and binding.
