After that, your prescription is refilled automatically every 8 weeks at the regular price of $104 until you cancel. Cancel anytime in your patient portal, at contact@nutreeclinic.com or at (305) 209-2066 before your next renewal date: no further charges and no cancellation fee. The current 8-week supply is non-refundable once a prescription is issued. If your clinician determines treatment isn’t medically appropriate for you, you receive a full refund.
