At Nutree Clinic, LLC, we are committed to transparent and fair billing practices.
If you wish to cancel prior to your consultation, please contact us before your appointment begins. Cancellations made after the consultation has started are non-refundable.
Once a prescription has been issued by our licensed provider, no refunds will be processed. All medications dispensed through our partner pharmacies are compounded or prepared specifically for each individual patient and cannot be returned, resold, or reused. This policy exists to protect patient safety and comply with applicable pharmacy regulations.
If a prescription cannot be fulfilled due to factors outside of our control (e.g., supply issues or regulatory changes), you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued for any unfulfilled portion of your order.
To submit a refund request or ask any billing questions, please contact us at contact@nutreeclinic.com before your prescription is issued.
