Programs & pricing terms

Prices on this page are program fees for clinical care. They are not prices of medications. If your clinician determines that a medication is medically appropriate, it is included in your program as described below. For adults 18 and older located in Florida.

How payment works

You pay now to reserve your program. A licensed clinician then reviews your intake. If treatment isn’t medically appropriate for you, you receive a full refund within 5 business days. Payment does not guarantee a prescription. The full refund includes the consultation fee.

Consultation

15-minute consultation · $15 (regular price $50)

Billing: One-time fee per consultation.
Credit: If you start care within 30 days, your consultation fee comes off the first fee you pay Nutree Clinic: your first program fee, or the $120 initial consultation for brand-name Zepbound® or Wegovy® care. It can’t be used toward brand-name medication you buy at your pharmacy.
Refunds: If your clinician determines treatment isn’t medically appropriate for you, the consultation fee is refunded in full. See our Refund Policy.

Compounded care programs

Medical Weight Program · $199 every 4 weeks

Semaglutide, if prescribed

Billing: Billed every 4 weeks. Renews automatically every 4 weeks until you cancel.
Cancellation and refunds: Renews every 4 weeks until you cancel. Cancel anytime in your patient portal, at contact@nutreeclinic.com or at (305) 209-2066 before your next renewal date: no further charges and no cancellation fee. The current 4 weeks is not refunded once your medication has shipped. If your clinician determines treatment isn’t medically appropriate for you, you receive a full refund, including the consultation fee.
Expected duration: Ongoing, with no minimum length. Your clinician reviews at each follow-up whether to continue, adjust or stop.
What is included:
  • Includes your clinician consultation and follow-ups, dose adjustments, secure messaging open 7 days a week, free expedited shipping and, if your clinician determines it is medically appropriate, a compounded medication prepared for you by a state-licensed 503A pharmacy.
  • If prescribed: compounded semaglutide at the dose your clinician prescribes, with injection supplies, for each 4-week period.

Medical Weight Program · from $249 every 4 weeks

Tirzepatide, if prescribed

Billing: Billed every 4 weeks. Renews automatically every 4 weeks until you cancel.

What is included:

  • If prescribed: compounded tirzepatide at the dose your clinician prescribes, with injection supplies, for each 4-week period.

The program price depends on the dose prescribed. If a dose change affects your price, your care team tells you before you are charged.

GLP-1 Microdosing Program · 10 weeks · $219 (semaglutide, if prescribed) or $299 (tirzepatide, if prescribed), per 10 weeks

Billing: Billed every 10 weeks at the same price. Renews automatically until you cancel.
Cancellation and refunds: Renews every 10 weeks at the same price until you cancel. The current 10 weeks is non-refundable once a prescription is issued. If your clinician determines treatment isn’t medically appropriate for you, you receive a full refund, including the consultation fee.
Expected duration: 10 weeks per renewal. You can cancel anytime before your next renewal date.
What is included:
  • Includes your clinician consultation and follow-ups, dose adjustments, secure messaging open 7 days a week, free expedited shipping and, if your clinician determines it is medically appropriate, a compounded medication prepared for you by a state-licensed 503A pharmacy.
  • If prescribed: a 10-week supply of compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide at a steady, low weekly dose set by your clinician, with injection supplies.

NAD+ Care Program · $139 every 4 weeks

Billing: Billed every 4 weeks. Renews automatically every 4 weeks until you cancel.
Cancellation and refunds: Renews every 4 weeks until you cancel. The current 4 weeks is not refunded once your medication has shipped. What is included:

  • If prescribed: compounded NAD+ as an injection (with injection supplies) or a nasal spray, at the dose your clinician prescribes, for each 4-week period. Use is off-label.

Sermorelin Care Program · $149 every 4 weeks

Oxytocin Care Program · $139 every 4 weeks

Glutathione Care Program · 1, 2 or 3 months · $149 for 1 month, $259 for 2 months, or $435 for 3 months at a higher dose ($145/month), paid once

Billing: One-time payment for 1, 2 or 3 months. Does not renew.
Cancellation and refunds: One-time payment. Does not renew. Non-refundable once a prescription is issued. If your clinician determines treatment isn’t medically appropriate for you, you receive a full refund, including the consultation fee.
Expected duration: 1, 2 or 3 months. At the end, you and your clinician decide whether to continue.
What is included:
  • Includes your clinician consultation and follow-ups, dose adjustments, secure messaging open 7 days a week, free expedited shipping and, if your clinician determines it is medically appropriate, a compounded medication prepared for you by a state-licensed 503A pharmacy.
  • A pre-screening lab panel (CBC, comprehensive metabolic panel and G6PD) before treatment.
  • If prescribed: compounded glutathione at the dose your clinician prescribes, with injection supplies, for the 1-, 2- or 3-month period. Use is off-label.

B12 + MIC Care Program · 1 or 3 months · $119 for 1 month or $279 for 3 months (injectable), paid once

Billing: One-time payment for 1 or 3 months. Does not renew.
Cancellation and refunds: One-time payment. Does not renew. Non-refundable once a prescription is issued. If your clinician determines treatment isn’t medically appropriate for you, you receive a full refund, including the consultation fee.
Expected duration: 1 or 3 months. At the end, you and your clinician decide whether to continue.
What is included:
  • Includes your clinician consultation and follow-ups, dose adjustments, secure messaging open 7 days a week, free expedited shipping and, if your clinician determines it is medically appropriate, a compounded medication prepared for you by a state-licensed 503A pharmacy.
  • If prescribed: a 1- or 3-month supply of compounded B12 + MIC (cyanocobalamin with methionine, inositol and choline) with injection supplies. The B12 + MIC combination is compounded and not FDA-approved.

Hair Care Program · 3 months · $249 for 3 months, paid once

Billing: One-time payment for 3 months. Does not renew.
Cancellation and refunds: One-time payment. Does not renew. Non-refundable once a prescription is issued. If your clinician determines treatment isn’t medically appropriate for you, you receive a full refund, including the consultation fee.
Expected duration: 3 months. Your clinician reviews your progress and whether to continue.
What is included:
  • Your clinician consultation and follow-ups, a personalized treatment plan, secure messaging open 7 days a week and free expedited shipping.
  • If prescribed: a 3-month supply of compounded minoxidil and/or finasteride, at any dose, prepared by a state-licensed 503A pharmacy.

Labs are recommended and priced separately at your consultation, before anything is ordered.

GHK-Cu scalp serum · $199 every 4 weeks

Add-on

Billing: Billed every 4 weeks. Renews automatically every 4 weeks until you cancel.

What is included:
  • If prescribed: a 4-week supply of compounded GHK-Cu 3% topical scalp serum, with free expedited shipping. GHK-Cu is not FDA-approved.

Brand-name Zepbound® or Wegovy® care

Brand-name prescription care · $120 initial consultation

Initial consultation: 45-minute visit, $120, charged once.
Follow-ups: $49 per follow-up visit, charged per visit.
Insurance prior authorization (optional): $50, charged only if you ask us to prepare and submit it. Approval is decided by your insurer and is not guaranteed.
Renewal: Nothing renews automatically. Each visit is booked and paid separately.
Medication: Not included. If appropriate, your clinician sends the prescription to the pharmacy of your choice or to the manufacturer’s self-pay program, and you pay the pharmacy directly. Nutree Clinic does not sell or ship brand-name medication.
Credit: If you book within 30 days of a $15 consultation, it is credited toward the $120 initial consultation. It can’t be used toward the brand-name medication you buy at your pharmacy.

Cancelling a monthly program

GLP-1 Microdosing Program (renews every 10 weeks)

Prepaid programs (hair care, glutathione and B12 + MIC)

One-time payment. Does not renew. Non-refundable once a prescription is issued. If your clinician determines treatment isn’t medically appropriate for you, you receive a full refund, including the consultation fee.

Fees that are not part of a program price

There are no hidden fees: every fee is shown before you pay. These are priced separately:

  • Follow-up visits for brand-name care: $49 each.
  • Insurance prior authorization for brand-name medication: $50 (optional).
  • Lab tests: priced at your consultation and shown before anything is ordered. You can also share recent results.
  • Brand-name medication: paid directly to your pharmacy or the manufacturer’s program.

Shipping and payment methods

If your clinician prescribes a medication included in your program, free expedited shipping is included. FSA/HSA cards accepted; whether a purchase is eligible is decided by your plan administrator.

Partner discounts

Partner offers, such as the JPerks benefit for Miami Beach JCC members (10% off eligible care programs at the regular price, code JPERKS10), cannot be combined with other promotions. For GLP-1 care, the benefit applies to Medical Weight and Microdosing Program tiers where the prescribed dose is up to 10 mg of tirzepatide per week or up to 2.5 mg of semaglutide per week. Partner discounts never apply to brand-name medication.

About compounded medications

Compounded medications are prescribed for an individual patient by a licensed clinician after a medical assessment, and prepared by a state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. They do not undergo FDA pre-market review or approval, and they may differ from FDA-approved drugs in effectiveness, safety and side effects. Results from clinical trials of FDA-approved medications should not be used to judge compounded medications.

Medical care is provided by licensed clinicians of Nutree Clinic. Prescriptions are issued only at the clinician’s discretion, if medically appropriate. Payment does not guarantee a prescription or the dispensing of medication. Medications are compounded and dispensed by independent state-licensed pharmacies, not by Nutree Clinic.
